Our services are in keeping with our motto: "We Offer Views and Vision. You are welcome!" This means our services are a blend of prayer, scripture, the sermon and music, all intended to provide a balanced worship experience that invites you to think about what your faith means to you. We aim to educate and inform, while engaged in a time of worship that is familiar, spiritual and satisfying.
Literally, we have extraordinary views, from a variety of vantage points in keeping with our church setting. Metaphorically, we encourage the expression of a variety of views that represent the faith, experience, history and curiosity of our members and friends, who attend our services and participate in our study groups. Our Sunday Morning services begin at 10:00 a.m. With rare exception they last an hour.

Sunday Morning Worship Begins At 10:00 AM
Don't Lose Heart
Our congregation likes informed sermons that engage their attention, and sparks their interest. Based on the gospel, each sermon intends to educate and inform, as well as provoke critical thought about the origin and context of our faith, while remaining true to our history and tradition.

Have a look at our church bulletin
and insert created for our August 5, 2007 service. You will see that the bulletin and insert depict an order for worship and content that is familiar to people of faith across denominational lines. This reflects the make up of our congregation.

Comments to Pastor by e-mail:
"When a dear colleague in UCC ministry sent me his weekend sermon I wanted immediately to share it with you two. To me, Jim is a courageous contemporary preacher. And he proves what I have always known and tried to bear witness to: no single faith tradition--religious or secular--has the corner on truth and love." -Willard
"Thanks very much for sharing Jim's sermon. The pieces he so skillfully pulled together make his point simply and profoundly. It would be hard for anyone in the congregation to escape pondering the message, both during and after the service." -Regards...Jay
