Operating Groups are the core of our internal operations. The nine groups carry out the tasks, duties, and responsibilities assigned by the Church Council. Each group is necessary to the functional health and well being of our church.

Each member of our congregation is encouraged to become part of at least one group. Each group has a convener who calls the group together when there is work to do. Each group also has an advocate, the pastor or a member of the Church Council, who works with the group and the Council to see that the group has adequate resources to fulfill its ministry.
