Weddings

We are glad that you appreciate the chance to focus on matters of the spirit in the midst of wedding planning stress. You may like to consider having your wedding in our lovely setting.

The cost is $1,500 for the use of our sanctuary for your rehearsal and wedding.   Our sanctuary will accommodate up to 140 guests.  (This amount includes a $500 non-refundable deposit.)

Depending on your choices, additional costs could include:

  • Piano accompaniment upon availability for $200.00.

  • Sound/video technician attendance for $100.00.

  • Rev. Drew Terry as the minister officiant is based on a sliding fee of $300-$600.  His honorarium will include him as officiant at the rehearsal and wedding ceremony, along with any other supporting meetings. Wedding Couples will coordinate with Pastor Drew on officiant details dependent on his availability.

  • You may choose another officiant subject to Rev. Terry’s approval; payment would be arranged directly with that minister.

Our wedding coordinator and assistants will be present to assist you with the rehearsal and the wedding service. There are two wedding attendant rooms for the wedding party to prepare for the wedding that can be assigned by our wedding coordinator.  

Your safety is our primary concern.  For that reason, the consumption of alcohol and use of tobacco products are not allowed at any time on church property.   Open flames are not permitted.  Aisle runners are slippery and a trip hazard and will not be used during the wedding ceremony.

Our setting includes the sanctuary furniture, the altar setting and liturgical decorations. The wedding coordinator will assist you in making our lovely sanctuary reflect your special day.

Our sanctuary and parking areas will be available for up to 2 hours for the rehearsal and up to 3 hours on the day of the wedding for photos, greeting guests and the wedding service. Additional time will require prior approval and could be charged at an hourly rate.  Our buildings and parking lots must be left in good order and vacated prior to 10:00pm.

The rehearsal and wedding dates and times will be reserved upon receipt of the $500 non-refundable deposit. A Facilities Use Agreement will be signed at that time. The remaining balance (that amount would depend on the choices you have made) must be received prior to the date of the rehearsal.  Upon your request, a copy of the ‘Facilities Use Agreement’ can be sent to you.
